A number of projects aiming to develop novel materials, additive manufacturing technologies and composite materials for aerospace and other applications are currently available in the laboratory. Postdoctoral researchers, research higher degree (PhD and Masters), honors and undergraduate students are welcome to join our group.

Masters and Honors
The student is required to have a good understanding of materials science and or chemical engineering – with experience in the field of additive manufacturing and composite materials a distinct advantage. He/She will need to demonstrate adaptability to the multidisciplinary nature of the projects. Masters and Honors students are encouraged to contact Roger Tipton to express his/her interest.

PHD
PhD opportunities with government and university-funded scholarships are available each year, both to domestic and international students.
